One week £1000 from Friday to Friday.
Premium Weeks Easter and Christmas £1500 Friday to Friday
Mid week / mid stay clean and change of linen can be arranged but would be charged for.
Arrangements for a longer stay can be discussed with favourable rates applicable.
Direct booking with the owner is recommended.
Terms of Occupancy:
The Villa is available after 14.00 on the day of arrival. It is expected that Clients will leave the Villa by 10.00 on the morning of departure. Arrangements can be made for a later collection of luggage if required.
Villa Maria is a no smoking Villa.
